Use only high-resolution images. Resolution is measured in dpi (dots per inch) or ppi (points per inch). Your images must be 300 dpi or greater. (150 dpi if file is at full size)
If using downloaded stock images, make sure that you are acquiring high-resolution (300 dpi) images for print, preferably at the dimension size you will use in the final design or layout.
RGB Color (red, green, blue) must be converted to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) prior to printing. The CMYK color conversion may not exactly preserve the colors from RGB.
We run all jobs as CMYK or grayscale. Pantone colors are considered "spot color" and not CMYK Process. Please convert all Pantone colors in your design or layout to its CMYK process color equivalent. For the most accurate conversions, visit http://www.pantone.com/ for more information.
Please remember that all color is relative to the computer screen you are using, the lighting conditions, the display settings on your computer, the paper you are printing on, etc.
Please supply all fonts used in your layout as we may not have them in our font collection. When you supply fonts please change them to “created outlines” in your software. If you are submitting PDF or EPS files, make sure that all fonts are embedded or outlined to avoid this problem.
A proof is a way of ensuring that we have set your type accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements. Typically, we will produce a proof which will be sent to you online.
